These terms apply to all purchases made through elunne.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.
Elunne reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase. We recommend checking this page periodically.
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colours and materials accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of natural fibres.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or household.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Additional payment methods may be shown at checkout; the methods available to you are those displayed at the time of ordering. Elunne does not store payment card details.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to fulfil orders at the incorrect price. We will contact you to offer a cancellation or the option to proceed at the correct price.
We ship to the Netherlands and other European Union member states. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Elunne is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are at your expense.
Orders over € 150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping to the Netherlands and other European Union member states.
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) sets a statutory minimum of 14 days; Elunne extends this to 15 days for every order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags. Made-to-order pieces are not excluded: they are produced in standard sizes rather than to a customer’s own specification, and carry the same right of return as any other item.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you paid for expedited shipping, only standard shipping costs will be refunded where applicable.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Under EU law, all products sold to consumers carry a two-year legal guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@elunne.com within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. We will offer repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under this guarantee.
All content on elunne.com — including but not limited to images, text, logos, product designs, and the Elunne wordmark — is the property of Elunne and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elunne's liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
Elunne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of elunne.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
