Shipping & Returns
We ship from the Netherlands with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Most of our pieces are made to order, so dispatch times vary by product — the window is shown on every product page. We use recycled packaging — no plastic, no excess.

Delivery times above are counted from dispatch, not from when you order. In-stock pieces ordered before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched once they are made — see the window on the product page. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Duties & Taxes
All prices on elunne.com include VAT. We currently ship within the European Union only, so there are no import duties or customs charges on your order.
Packaging
Every Elunne order arrives wrapped in recycled tissue paper, sealed with our wax stamp, and packed in an FSC-certified box. No plastic. No filler. Just the piece, carefully folded.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send your order back. Email info@elunne.com with your order number and we'll confirm the return address. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. You arrange and pay for the return shipping — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us. Once your return arrives we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. Return your entire order and we'll refund the original delivery charge too. Made-to-order pieces carry the same right of return.
